During this phase, L & E Construction is acquiring the applicable permits from the City of Orlando to begin the demolition and construction in the Spring. Construction-start pricing gives owners an immediate $46,000 - $50,000 in built in equity to list price. PHASE 3: MODEL PRICING

If you are interested in participating in an investor pool, please email or call us with your investment parameters.
