During this phase, L & E Construction is acquiring the applicable permits from the City of Orlando to begin the demolition and construction in the Spring. PHASE 2: CONSTRUCTION-START PRICING April 1 – May 31

Construction-start pricing gives owners an immediate $46,000 - $50,000 in built in equity to list price. PHASE 3: MODEL PRICING

We have received several inquiries from individuals who are interested in participating in an investor pool to acquire one or more of the Park Grand Villas. If you are interested in participating in an investor pool, please email or call us with your investment parameters. Generally, an investor would invest a smaller amount of capital than they would if one were to acquire a Villa individually. Investors would share in the equity, profits and expenses on a prorated basis.
